Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn Australian-made garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our local team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
